A date that looks wrong

This is the report that matters most. Every sheet is computed rather than typed, so a
wrong date is a wrong rule and it would be wrong on many sheets at once. Name the month, the
year and which day looks misplaced.

A sheet that prints at the wrong size

Almost always this is the print dialogue scaling the page. Look for “fit to page”,
“shrink to fit” or a scale percentage, and set it to 100% or “actual size”. If it is still
wrong at 100%, tell us the paper you chose, the printer and the application you printed
from.

A file that will not open

The spreadsheet and document files are written to the open standards their applications
read. If yours refuses one, the name and version of the application is the useful detail.

A sheet that is not here

If you wanted a layout the press does not set, say what it looked like. Several of the
sheets here exist because somebody described one.
