Twenty-nine days that still fit five rows

February 2028 is a leap February and runs to 29 days. It begins on a Tuesday and ends on a Tuesday, and Tuesday is the only weekday in the month that comes round five times.

Twenty-nine days is four whole weeks and one day over, which is why the month opens and closes on the same weekday. No other weekday in it reaches five appearances.

The extra day costs the sheet nothing in height. Five rows hold the month on a Sunday-start grid and five on a Monday-start one, so the boxes are drawn at the same depth on both, and neither version spills over into a sixth.

Eight of the 29 days fall at the weekend, which leaves 21 weekdays. The sheet spans ISO weeks 5 to 9, and on the Monday-start version the week numbers down the side line up with the rows one for one.

Printing it

A4 is 210 × 297 mm and Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches — wider than A4 and shorter — so the same month laid out for the two sizes is not quite the same drawing. Pick the size your printer is actually loaded with, then send the file at 100%. The PDF carries a real page box, which is what makes true size possible; scaling it to fit throws that away.
