The steadiest sheet in the run
June has 30 days and closes the second quarter. Across the three years this bench offers it is one of only three months that never asks for a sixth row: Sunday start or Monday start, 2026, 2027 and 2028 all come out at five. February and September are the other two.
In 2026 June begins on a Monday and ends on a Tuesday, with Monday and Tuesday each falling five times and 22 of its days counted as working days. Change the year and the weekdays shift under the numbers, but the shape of the grid holds. That is the useful part: the drawing you set up once will not surprise you when you come back for a different year.
Row count is also what decides whether two printed months sit flush beside each other on a wall. A five-row June will match anything else drawn at five rows and stand a row short against a six.
Printing it
A4 is 210 × 297 mm and Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches. Set the paper on the bench first, then match it in the print dialogue, and print at 100% rather than fit to page so the page box in the PDF is honoured rather than rescaled.
Ruled lines are on the panel too, at two, three or four to a day. On a five-row month there is depth for four without the lines crowding the date in the corner.
