The same sheet as January, later in the year
October 2027 falls exactly as January 2027 does. The same length, the same Friday opening and Sunday close, the same 6 rows on a Sunday start and 5 on a Monday, the same 10 weekend days and 21 working days. Two months of one year with one shape between them, which is uncommon enough to be worth a note if you are printing both.
The Sunday close does something particular to the Monday-start grid: Sunday is the last column there, so the month ends flush and the final row has no trailing blanks. On a Sunday start the same date opens a sixth row on its own, and that row is nearly all empty.
Five Sundays, five Fridays and five Saturdays give the month its 10 weekend days. The 21 working days that remain are the fewest of any 31-day sheet in this run, shared with January and May.
Printing it
The PDF carries a page box at 210 × 297 mm for A4 or 8.5 × 11 inches for Letter, so the sheet arrives at the size it names, provided the printer is set to 100% and not to fit to page.
On a Sunday start the sixth row makes every box shallower, so the DOCX is worth a look if the month wants writing in: it opens in Word as a table, and the row heights can be adjusted before it goes to paper.
